Agreement
By downloading Keep Awake, using nakeldev.com, or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.
The software
Keep Awake is a Windows utility that helps prevent sleep, display turn-off, and idle lock while enabled. Free tier includes a session time cap (60 minutes). Pro removes limits and unlocks additional features described on the product page.
You are responsible for compliance with your employer, school, or device policies when keeping a machine awake.
Pro license ($9.99 · one-time)
- Pro is a one-time purchase per account, currently priced at $9.99 USD unless shown otherwise at checkout.
- After payment you receive account credentials by email.
- One PC per account: the first sign-in from the app locks Pro to that computer’s Machine ID. You may not share one Pro account across multiple PCs simultaneously.
- Machine transfers require contacting support — see Refund Policy.
- We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pro on the locked PC.
Payments
Checkout is processed by Bachs. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown before you pay. We do not store your payment card details on nakeldev.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or redistribute Pro access mechanisms to bypass payment
- Abuse support or chargeback systems
- Use the app in ways that violate applicable law
Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, battery impact, or compatibility with every Windows configuration. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nakel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, downtime, or hardware issues) arising from use of Keep Awake. Our total liability for any claim related to a Pro purchase is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.
Changes
We may update features, pricing for new purchases, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
