Refund Policy

Digital product
Keep Awake Pro is a digital download plus account access. Because delivery is immediate (email with login details), refunds are limited as described below.
14-day refund window
If Pro does not work as described on your PC, contact us within 14 days of purchase athello@nakeldev.comwith your checkout email. We may offer a full refund at our discretion after basic troubleshooting.
Refunds are not available if:
- You already signed in and locked Pro to a Machine ID (except genuine technical failure)
- The request is made after 14 days without exceptional circumstances
- Evidence of abuse, chargeback fraud, or account sharing
Machine transfer (new PC)
Pro is locked to one PC when you first sign in. If you replace your computer or reinstall Windows and cannot sign in anymore:
- Email hello@nakeldev.com from your purchase email
- Include your new Machine ID (shown at the bottom of the Keep Awake app)
- We will reset the lock once per year for legitimate transfers (abuse may be declined)
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.
